About Me…
Hi, I’m Chloe, a Somatic Practitioner, specialised in working with high-achieving women. I am based in Berlin, born in France, and lived for many years in Australia.
For the past +5 years, I have been working with wonderful driven women from all walk of life; CEO, Moms, Doctors, Public Figures, Directors, Teachers, Nurses, Managers, Entrepreneurs, Designers, CFO, Creatives… Most women have a lot on their plate.
Helping them build the loving relationships their heart wanted, healing from burnout, anxiety, trauma, emotional weight, changing career, building a life more aligned with what they wanted and feeling internally more at peace, more whole…

💻 Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! Depending on where you are in the world and what is more convenient, you can book online or in-person sessions.
📌 How often do we meet?
Most people choose weekly or fortnightly sessions.
Neuroscience shows that after a session, your brain forms around 2,000 new connections. But if you stop there, those connections fade within a few days, and your brain goes back to old patterns. That’s why regular sessions are so important to solidify those changes and create lasting transformation.
🗓️ How long does it typically take?
Some clients get what they need in about 4-6 months. Other people choose to stay in therapy long-term as an ongoing place to grow and process week-to-week events. You’ll very likely start to see changes after a few weeks already.
Why does it require a longer commitment?
While a single breakthrough can feel exciting, as you may have notice in your personal life, lasting change doesn’t come from one “aha moment”. In somatic therapy, real transformation takes practice because you’re not just “releasing” or processing emotions, it’s about building new skills that will change the trajectory, quality and depth of your life. And as you know, mastering new skills takes time and repetition.
🧐 I’ve never done Somatic sessions before… What is it?
Great, first congratulation for wanting to explore new things!
Somatic and IFS are a gentle approach for healing that works on the mind-body connection. It helps you explore how unconscious emotions and past hurtful experiences are still stored in your body and how they still shape your day-to-day thoughts, feelings, behaviours and choices.
Using Somatic Experiencing & Internal Family Systems (IFS) – 2 somatic therapy modalities – we listen to what your body held on to and connect with the different Parts of yourself. This process helps you get unstuck, rewire automatic behaviors, process unresolved emotions, and overtime build a strong feeling of inner peace.
It helps you feel more grounded, calm, safe, and connected to yourself in ways that most often go beyond traditional talk therapy.
🧠 What’s the difference between Talk Therapy & Somatic?
Talk therapy can be great for you to open up, feel safe being vulnerable and understand yourself better. From a Neurosciences perspective, talk therapy primarily engage your Prefrontal Cortex (cognition, understanding, logic…)
Somatic integrates not only your cognition (Prefrontal Cortex) but also your body and nervous system. Working with emotions, thoughts and physical sensations, it activates 3 different regions of the brain, necessary for healing, making it a wonderful complete model.

💸 Finances?
Individual somatic therapy sessions are 60min and are 120€
Sessions must be privately finances. Unfortunately, health insurances do not cover the costs of sessions with me.
✋🏼 Is there some physical touch (bodywork)?
This is not a massage or bodywork as the goal is for you to learn overtime to self regulate without needing me. You’ll be comfortably sat in a chair, safely introspecting what is going on internally with my guidance.
